Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:

This is a medium outward recurvate to excurvate shape.  The base may range from an articulating form, but may also be expanding or contracting giving this point an appearance of an articulated point, or a lanceolate point.  The base is concaved.  This point lacks any fluting, but may have basal thinning and hafting region grinding present.  The flaking pattern can range from random flaking to collateral or transverse flaking.
