Bradore Orthoquartzite is associated with the Bradfore Formation of the Labrador Group of Newfoundland and Labrador.  Exposures occur on the east side of Baie de Bradore on the southern coast of Labrador, the Highlands of St. John in the Canada Bay, the Great Northern Peninsula in Newfoundland, Mount St. Margaret and the hills and western edge of the Long Range Mountains, Bonne Bay, and on Belle Isle.
